Is It Safe to Pay on Our Website?

Yes. JESSICA.shop uses secure, encrypted checkout technology designed to protect personal and payment information during online transactions.

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout system and the applicable payment service provider. JESSICA.shop does not directly receive or store your complete credit or debit card details.

Customers are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and should contact their bank or payment provider immediately if they notice any unauthorised activity.

How Do I Choose a Payment Method?

Add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

During checkout, the available payment methods will be displayed. Select your preferred option, provide the required billing information and review the order before submitting payment.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorised and an order confirmation has been issued.

Payment Authorisation

By submitting an order and providing payment information, you authorise JESSICA.shop and the applicable payment service provider to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.

Your bank or payment provider may perform additional verification, including authentication under applicable European payment-security requirements.

If payment is declined, delayed or not authorised, the order may not be processed. Customers should contact their bank or payment provider for information about a declined transaction.

We reserve the right to cancel or place an order under review where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, payment misuse or unauthorised transactions.

Payment Confirmation

After a successful purchase, an order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

A separate payment notification may also be sent by the customer’s bank, card issuer, digital-wallet provider or payment processor.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please:

1. Check your spam or junk-email folder.

2. Confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.

3. Check whether the payment appears as authorised or pending.

Please include your full name, the email address used at checkout and any available order reference. Do not send complete card numbers, card security codes or online-banking passwords by email.

Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed on the JESSICA.shop website and may be updated before an order is placed.

The applicable product price, currency, taxes and total amount payable will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.

Once an order has been accepted, its price will not be changed unless an obvious pricing error has occurred or the customer agrees to an authorised modification.

Taxes

Prices offered to consumers in France and the European Union include applicable value-added tax when required by law, unless the website clearly states otherwise.

The complete amount payable, including applicable taxes, will be shown before the order is submitted.

Customers ordering from destinations outside the European Union may be responsible for import duties, local taxes, customs charges or processing fees imposed by the destination country. Any such charges will be disclosed where they can reasonably be calculated in advance.

Shipping Charges

JESSICA.shop provides free standard shipping on every order without:

• A minimum purchase amount

• A promotional code

• A membership requirement

• A standard delivery charge

The estimated delivery time is 15–20 calendar days from order confirmation.

If an optional premium or expedited delivery service becomes available, its price and conditions will be displayed before the customer submits the order.

Pending or Duplicate Charges

A payment may temporarily appear as pending while it is being processed by the bank or payment provider.

An unsuccessful payment attempt may also create a temporary authorisation hold. Such a hold is generally released automatically according to the payment provider’s or issuing bank’s processing schedule.

If you believe you have been charged more than once, contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we can investigate promptly. This does not affect your right to contact your bank or exercise any legal remedy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the order.

After we process a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and mandatory French consumer-protection law.

Membership and Recurring Charges

JESSICA.shop does not charge membership fees or recurring subscription payments unless a recurring service is expressly presented and accepted by the customer before checkout.

A one-time product purchase does not create a paid membership or recurring billing arrangement.

Payment Security

Customers should never send complete credit card information, card security codes, passwords or other sensitive banking credentials by email.

JESSICA.shop may request reasonable information necessary to verify an order, prevent fraud or resolve a payment issue. We will never ask customers to disclose their online-banking password.

Changes to This Payment Policy

JESSICA.shop may update this Payment Methods page to reflect changes to payment providers, accepted payment methods, legal requirements or store operations.

Changes apply from the date they are published and do not reduce rights already acquired under an accepted order or mandatory consumer-protection law.
